Sonny, The article makes some very good points. That Valentine character would do well not to say stuff like "typical of the late stages of a bull market" because nobody understands this sort of thing (nobody has ever seen a bull market like the one we've seen). It undermines his credibility. However, I do believe that the "market" pays too much attention to the sideshows (Fed) and not enough to the main ring. Thanks for the article. As you know, I'm a defender of A.G. I believe that his policies have allowed me to be better off than I would otherwise have been. But there is indeed too much attention paid to him and every $%#$%@ word he utters, as if each word were made of pure gold. The PPI looked pretty good to me but what do I know? 1/10 of one percent sounds like no inflation, you are right. -musea
