Well gang, I received the shareholders letters from the two spin offs. I find it interesting that no mention was made to the vote on how many shares were to be divided to the board of directors. This has the smell of a rat. I want to give these people the benefit of the doubt. However, I fully expected the subject of "how many shares were to be given out to those that sit on the board of directors" to be in the forefront. No mention of it in the shareholders letter. There is some mention of "other business" ? I guess that's it.

Overall the letters are bleak, for both companies. By the way, I find it hard to believe that for all the scented cowboy hat I have seen hanging from rear view mirrors in my travels around the 48 states the past two years, that Ad Hatters has yet to show a profit!!!! Here again I smell a rat. We the investors in CSMA were doomed to be screwed.

May the Board of Directors have mercy on us, because I'm sure countless shareholders will miss this meeting!
