I am going to try to be concise, since I neither wish to
belabor or continue any conversation regarding the issues addressed below.
During the A@P vote on that thread, many pernicious and
false statements were made regarding actions that
purportedly transpired between myself and Tony. I do not
know whether Tony made these statements or whether they
were the consequence of some over zealousness on
the part of some of Tony's faithful admirers.
These statements dealt with the supposed reasons for and
results of litigation of a supposed civil action taken
against me by Anthony. Supposedly this litigation was
settled out of court. Supposedly this civil action involved
criminal acts specifically terroristic threats and
harassment as define in my state of residence.
In response to these reported falsehoods, I have never
spoken with, never left messages and have never contacted
Elgindy or any other member of his family in any way or
fashion. I do not know Elgindy's phone number. I do not
own a gun.
For Elgindy to proceed with any action against me regarding
such purported events, he would have had to file a
complaint sufficient to warrant my arrest and any action
would have included a preliminary hearing. This again would
have been a criminal matter not a civil one. Since these
purported events never occurred, there is no case and no
settlement regarding any of these fictitious incidences.
In January of this past year, Anthony's online attorney
Tyson threatened me with a defamation suit via a message on
Anthony's thread unless I recanted some comments regarding
Tony. I did not acquiescence to Tyson's threats. Whether
Tony instigated a civil action regarding these issues I do
not know. Tyson did PM me partially correct personal
information that may have been obtained via a subpoena to
Silicon Investor. Since the information wasn't completely
accurate, this information may have also been obtained
elsewhere. Whatever the source, I forwarded Tyson my
attorney's address. Neither my attorney or I were ever
served with any papers by any authority regarding any civil
action, consequently there was nothing ever to litigate or settle.
I somewhat facetiously suggest that since Tony and his
attorney have threatened so many other people that Tony may
have simply gotten me confused with someone else.
Now as far as I?m concerned this is all water over the damn
and not worth discussing any further. I too welcome Anthony
back and recognize that any of his past possible
transgressions may simply have been the mistakes of youth
seeing that he is only thirty-one years of age.
Let me conclude by stating that, at times, I have
followed Tony's trading closely. I have learned a lot from
my observations. Tony's methods have expanded my
repertoire. I have not always agreed with his tactics and
language, since every over valued stock isn't necessarily a
scam or fat pig, but I agree that any shill who shouts to
the moon should be reprimanded with a pin in his hot air
balloon. Calling attention to insider selling, purported
insider information being promulgated, inflated news
announcements and other hyperbole is a very important and
necessary activity which protects against irrational
exuberance especially in sectors like the Internets where
valuation models have no rational or historical basis.
I will not debate any of the content or respond to any
comments I receive regarding this post.
