A few highlights from the call which runs 34 minutes (but
you can pick and choose among segments that you want to
listen to.)

--Q3 added 20 new customers; total currently 115;

--Now 1000 units installed up from 700 in Q2;

--one major customer asked that all its units be shipped in
Q3 instead of over a period of time and Redback complied;

--signed the largest cable provider in the Netherlands with
over 1 million subscribers;

---there is presently no competitive device in the market-
place contrary to a few press releases.

I would suggest that anyone who is interested in the future
of Redback check out the conference call.
