There is a niche in e-commerce where people who do not own CC or have maxed their CC can transact business. You have pre-authorized debits on your accounts (mortgage payment, utilities, etc) but you know the payees and can be challenged. With unkown vendors, some type of security is needed, and equifax will provide verification and thus guarantee payments to merchants. I forsee that in the beginning support by documents presentated to the banks are needed, but in the future possibly paperless e-CheckSecure will evolve. TROY by itself is already profitable with loww P/E. This new venture reflects an area of growth. I think the stock is cheap because it is still undiscovered.
