Bill I am not sure if BK or not but the party is over. AG would prefer to deal with any softness in the real economy without the interference of the stock market.

As to interest rates the bond market does the dirty work for the FED anyway.

Oil prices are indicative of softer economies. After touching $25 there were no takers and now with the dollar lower oil is lower to. translation the economy is not so strong as it is perceived and AG wants needs speculation out of the stock and real estate market to be able to deal with the real economy.
