Mehrdad,

Whatever last crumbs of credibility you had with me you have just lost. You're post yesterday evening said $50 for a buy-out. You open this last post with $75/share for a buy-out but close with $65+. So what is it?

Second, you post that my facts are outdated but you have provided no basis for that comment. If they are outdated please share with the thread why my facts are outdated. This has been the way all of our discussions seem to go. My facts are ignored while I get shot down for my occasional inaccurate opinions <vbg>. At the same time you blindly - with little comment from the thread (which amazes me) - present and postulate the future of COMS (read opinions) with no regard for their past or current abilities. I guess your opinions are simply less controversial than mine...

So to that end, has COMS developed a product in DSL that is infrastructure based - what is their plan to unseat the incumbents who become more firmly entrenched each day. What about Cable - yes COMS has a head-end but they are well behind the race in infrastructure deployments and are going backwards as we witnessed with ATHM. They have successfully developed DOCSIS 1.1 compliant CMTS's but still have next to zero market share. In IP telephony - I think I've provided the facts regarding market share (from an independent source) - not to be confused with COMS contentions about #1 in port deployments. I have also pointed out the technical holes in the product line - holes that companies like CSCO and NT do not have.

In investing there is one rule - make money. COMS is undervalued, you would do well to stick with this position since it is a position I agree with. Trading a 2 times revenues and low PE's given earnings (even soley from operations) are good reasons to invest in COMS. PALM will generate good value for shareholders - even after the stock tumbles as shares become available. But when you argue that COMS has technology and abilities when they clearly do not, or at least have not demonstrated any, will almost always get an argument from me - an argument based on the the facts that I have at my disposal, no arm waving.
