Why is this the last of BNEZ money? I feel with the MASSIVE DILUTION and NO MARKETING they should have plenty by now!
These "possible" smoke and mirrors spin-offs are dirt cheap compared to the class action litigation/awarded damages that are sure to happen if they try to just fade away!
J&M, "couldn't" sell PMA? Let's try didn't sell PMA because they basically NEVER MARKETED THE PRODUCT! Was it to sell through osmosis?
J is an "EX" investment banker. SO? What assets are left to go into "4" shells? They kept the software, the key to keeping them in business remember! They told us all along that as PMA goes so goes BNEZ. Remember? If PMA doesn't sell, forget the stock price, we'll be out of business! Now I guess these shells change everything. Yeh, right.
They need to shed unwanted assets or liabilities so a new company can buy us? Please, are you kidding! Just sell PMA for 3 million! Companies sell off assets ALL THE TIME without setting up 4 shells! Amazing...

Also the we run things "OUR" way and if you don't like it, vote with your feet and SELL your shares words! That's it, I remember now...
This can't all just be fantasy(didn't want to use the S word)! You would have to be sucking money out... not putting it in??? Well, what the heck do you call pulling a 1-12 RS, going to approx. 2 million shares then diluting us to maybe up to 70 million in about 14 months or so? Is this not the sucking sound????Come on man, cut me a break.
BTW Mitchell, you "ARE", by your words, sticking up for them and that is your God given right Sir. It's ok. I think you probably like them...They may be very good to their family... That doesn't make things fine concerning their business practices...You know that! I on the other hand feel totally violated by this management's actions and lack of ACTION, and strongly feel they should "NOT" be running a PUBLIC COMPANY taking the PUBLIC'S MONEY! Let them be a private firm that does anything they darn well please...AT least regular people won't have to be sucked into nightmares such as these. Obviously, just my totally "disgusted" humble opinion...
PS.I certainly hope your scenario somehow, someway, can come true! But the BNEZ track record says otherwise...Believe me, I want to be wrong!
