I second your motion, RealTime. And it appears to me that despite AdHatter's exhortation that as many shareholders attend as possible, my receiving the proxy on 10/16 when the meeting is on 10/26 does not seem calculated to allow it. Let see...I get leave from work (not gonna happen), arrange airline travel to SLC and a room, with ten days' notice? Aside from the leave, I MIGHT be able to swing it, but I am pretty sure that this was a cynical ploy. The management must have been planning this for a while, and there is no reason we could not have been told of the meeting in August, I'd guess. No matter. I am voting for the full slate. I have to hope that I can retrieve something from my CSMA "investment," and AdHatter's seems the most likely chance for that these days. Take care-- Rick
