Re: MSI wasn't very diligent in updating their web site... On the contrary, they were perfectionists in removing virtually every trace of the 6167 and any indication that there has ever been such a thing as an Athlon. As long as this remains the case, I will suspect, at the very minimum, actions on the part of the Intel account reps that deal with MSI. From how high up their instructions came, I have no idea - but I doubt the local contacts came up with this strategy entirely on their own. Especially in light of the sue VIA but encourage SIS and ALI program. Dan
