NR-- We would have seen a small drop without Uncle Al's comments. The point of many is he is doing a good job of adjusting the mkts to HIS way of thinking by irresponsible comments outside of his area of responsibility and by adjusting rates and threatening to do so. There would be less volatility if he would just do it and eliminate the question on the minds of weak hands. Then also there would be a base to grow from... everyone needs a senile Uncle to blame things on,,, the US has Uncle Sam the world does not need Uncle Al!!!
