TFF,

I have absolutely no complaints with CyberX after 3 1/2 months. It was a way different story using RTIII for about the same period last year.

80% of my orders are simple Direct-->ECN ISLD entries. The other 20% are CyberX Limit orders, always for exit (have never used it for an entry). The ISLD order shows on eSignal LII within 1-2 secs, about the same as it shows on the ISLD book. So there's virtually no delay through the Net or any of the data vendors. Cancellations are immediate. Did have one time where I got a partial fill at exactly the same time I cancelled. That was about it.

I only use CyberX limit exit when I don't see ISLD at the inside. Over 50% of the time, these fill with INCA if both INCA and some MMs are at the inside. Truthfully I don't know my SOEsable orders from non SOESable so I don't know if a cheaper route was available at the time. The INCAs do cost an extra few bucks each time. Also believe the MM fills I get on CyberX limit are SNet broadcast as the fees seem to match. The ticket from Cyber is NOT the best in the world and it's hard to judge your route after the fact.

Have to point out I hardly ever trade in the morning anymore. This no doubt eases system problems. eSignal especially is a dog in the mornings but almost never has a problem in the afternoons.

Alan
