Novell is still trying to control things. And they aren't asking the right questions. The best thing they could do now is encourage ALL their employees to post and comment and share and fax and page and talk so they can get out of this dry paper bag they seem to be in. Come on everyone. Knock down some tables. Raise some blood pressure. Climb a mountain. Climb a tree. Listen to the birds. Sing. Relax and loosen up. Perhaps with Novell it all starts with questions..... Walk through this with me for a minute: 1) Ask a question. 2) Sit back and determine whether it was positive or negative. - positive vs. negative?? - yes. There's a BIG difference between asking a positive vs. a negative question. Example: Negative question (1) - Why is the world such a hateful place to live in? Negative question (2) - What's the use of even bothering? Now let's switch channels. Positive question (1) - - What can I do to make this world a better place to live in? Positive question (2) - How can make today fun and worthwhile? Negative questions, by definition, place the person asking the question in the role of NOT taking responsibility for which there's a need to assign blame to something or someone else. Negative questions, by definition, are passively destructive and cynical. Negative questions DO NOT have answers. If you break them apart you will discover they are "endless loops" of tail- chasing negativity. For in every question you will find the seed to the answer, the TRUTH. And with negative questions, the TRUTH is that the seed of negativity simply DESTROYS and feeds on itself, inviting others to throw more fuel on the fire by asking negative questions back which have the same seeds of destruction. No matter how much you may think your logic and intelligence is better, play the game of negativity and you will always get stung. By contrast, positive questions place the person asking the question in a role of TAKING responsibility to take ACTION to find, resolve or solve a problem or purpose in life. I believe we are blessed to all take on a higher calling in life. Just by asking positive question you will find the answer contained inside. And the neat thing is that with positive questions the answer - the TRUTH - can only be realized by taking RISK - ie. TAKING ACTION. Words are words. ACTION sets an example. People need to learn by example. We don't learn anything from words. For there has to be a catalyst which urges us to take action, take risk and realize our energy, this BEAM which drives us all for what we are to do in life. If you ask positive questions you will get to know this BEAM. Try it. You like it. Peace. GO!!
