You will notice that I didn't put *** around the answer!

But, in all seriousness, I believe one should graduate from being a dummy before using a cyber broker. Until then, they should stick to some type of financial advisor! Only after they have a good feel for how the market works should they use a cyber broker, and I believe their first cyber broker should have a voice on the other end of a phone line and a branch office in a near by town.
