LG, The CBOE did record volume on Friday; beating the previous historic volume high on 10/16 (eerie music..)/87 details at cboe.com I found this interesting (if I'm reading it right...) while put volume handily beat call volume, calls for individual stocks edged out puts in volume. So...people think the indexes will fall, but "their stocks" will go up? <g> Or is that a reach? Or not? If nothing else, it seems that selective bullishness or complacency (pick your word) still exists. Regards...thanks again for the great thread! doug
