U.S. stocks, which suffered their worst losses last week in a decade, may be poised for further declines if investors read Tuesday's report as evidence the Federal Reserve will lift interest rates next month. Traders and investors may closely watch Standard & Poor's 500 futures to see if stocks may extend losses later today.
