Oh no....the guy before that guy.LOL There were six offers in 4 days on that place. At this point I know it is where I want to end up but I would like the housing market to settle down a little around here. It is a bidding war right now. I went back there last night with my mother and her "guy" and we walk around for a minute. It smelled like the mountains because of all the pine trees yet you are right next to the sea (bay). We walked out to the bay and there were many more ducks enjoying the warm evening. San Francisco was visible is the dusk. It is (to me) an amazing place considering it is only 12 miles from my office. So I will wait and get my place ready in the event I decide to take the plunge. That was very nice of you to save the little family. I was thinking ducklings would be hard to protect.
