xray: I just noticed that you may live near the NY area. If so, you might also be interested in the Pristine mentorship program. This is a six to nine month training period at one of the Pristine offices where students trade and receive daily instruction from successful traders. There is a nominal cost to trade in their offices (using their equipment, etc.), but the commission rates are very attractive for traders-in-training, at $0.025/share. Therefore, if you are trading in 500 share lots, your ticket charge is only $12 per ticket. Also, unlike some other firms, they don't push you to grind out lots of tickets. I know the guy in charge of the NY mentorship program in Mike Campion, but I don't know his phone number. Anyway, just a thought. Good luck, -Eric ericpatterson@home.com
