Boy, your market sounds nuts. Ours was like that for a while. A guy bought a place for $150k and was OFFENDED by an offer of $175k 6 months later. <<Oh no....the guy before that guy.LOL>> So you have many men that you would like to sneeze on for sexually using you? I'm sorry, will reform tomorrow. <<I was thinking ducklings would be hard to protect.>> I knew a guy who was into raising tame ducks for food. At times he would have wild ducks get into his flock and breed. I would bring the babies home and pen them. Let them into the ditch during the day and round them up at night. Every October there would be an evening where they wouldn't come in for food. I'd hear some quacks and watch them take off for the migration. That always gave me the warm and fuzzies. Sad thing was he was a grade school principal. A problem child sent to him would get a pat on the butt and a hug. PC called this molestation. The kids, some being 30 years old said it wasn't but the paper played it up. He shot himself in the head to save his family from any embarrassment.
