I have to agree that "jawboning" the VSE is probable worthless, particularly when no one appears clear on the details of the issue at hand.

Someone who has gone before us left a wonderful bit of experiencial wisdom........Don't get in a pissing match with a skunk.....

I have reviewed the regulations and policies of the Vancouver Exchange and written to request:

"Would you kindly provide references to the Regulations and Policies,
preferably a copy of relevant sections, which guide the Private
Placement process for listed companies and those which define the
mandate of the exchange with respect to the approval of Private
Placements?"

I will share the response when I receive it.

We are all a "little guilty" of trying to find a scapegoat for our disappointment, and I as others feel the exchange is probably the culprit.

In fairness, I really don't know if the exchange has done us in or not. To take this position is tanamount to blaming the referee in a hockey game.

He who plays the game best.... should win!

P.S.

Spoke to Select Capital yesterday. They are "investment bankers".

The answer to the question about financing STS was:

"We could not complete the deal within 48 hours". We needed more time.

I take this to mean that at the time they were approached, trading was halted and STS was given a short time frame to come up with money prior to the exchange insisting that trading resume.
