Shorting Question.... I have talked to Charles Schwab in the past, and they assured me that the PNLK I own (a very large amount of stock) cannot be used by anyone to short with. I asked this in response to this thread asking everyone to lock up their stock (get certificates?). Yet, I keep hearing about shorting PNLK. What gives?
