Hi Captain. So many factors at work here it's hard to peg 'em all. Not the least of which is the divergence between the Dow and NYSE (both down about 12%) and the Nasdaq which has been virtually unscathed, setting a new high a week ago.

As an example all the Dow has to do to hit a 15% drop from it's high is fall to 9628 or so...while the Naz would have to plunge to 2483, Yikes, that would hurt. It'll have to correct soon, question is will earnings keep it buoyed awhile longer...
