General FYI EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL NETZERO SUBSCRIBERS WHO ALSO HAVE AN AOL ACCOUNT If you install AOL's new 5.0 release on your computer you may not be able to use the NetZero service. Specifically, AOL 5.0 generates the following screen message as part of the download/installation process: "Would you like this copy of the AOL software to be your default Internet application for Web pages, newsgroups, and email?" If you answer "Yes" in response to this question or press the enter key, you may not be able to use your NetZero service. If you choose to install AOL 5.0 and want to be able to use the NetZero service, click "No" in response to the question. If you have any questions, please email customer care at support@netzero.net Thank you for your support.
