that is an interesting little tidbit, tom...i wonder why he opposed the secondary...it would seem that from shareholders' perspective, a secondary<<after all these insiders get to sell>> would raise additional cash though cause dilution... either way, the stock is headed down these next few days and for this small victory we will celebrate... the naz futures are down 7 pts... rbak shorts should try to at least wait until 115 to cover any tomorrow...we will be the only buyers...let it fall...let it fall...
