LSGT's price can go below 10 Cents, if REG S in it, Earnings VERY BAD.
I am just reviewing again the facts about LSGT, trying to EXPLAIN: WHY IS THE current share price sooooo LOW.
Is there a REG S Manipulation ? Have there been done any private "Regulation S" placements with LSGT ?

The last Annual Filing is containing this confusing SECTION:

THE BOX is -NOT- checked. Does it mean, that LSGT issued REG S private
placements - which have been Converted into LSGT Common Shares ??????

One thing seems to be pretty sure:
89 Cents Loss WITH 6 Mio shares is not a "Better-Than-Before" result, but a HUGE Catastrophy. Why ? Because:

31-DEC-1995: 3 Mio shares with a 1.39 USD Loss per Share.
31-DEC-1996: 6 Mio shares with a 0.89 USD Loss per Share.

Calculated for 3 Mio shares, this is a LOSS of 2*0.89= 1.78 USD/Share.
IS THIS RESULT REALLY "better" than last year ????????
