Tom, I know what you mean. I was questioning DDInvestor.com's DD. I was personally told by Izzi last March/April that the audit was done and was in the hands of the lawyers. If they don't submit the Form 10 by December, they run a high risk of being de-listed in February. I don't own the stock now, but I do follow the threads on SI and RB and I post every now and then. If they become reporting, then this stock may start heading up again. If not, IMO, it will continue to languish. Gook luck, Mike
