Warburg downgrades DO, FLC, GLM, RIG, saying oil has peaked, and rig demand in Brazil, North Sea, West Africa and GOM has peaked (source is Maria). I don't know the particulars.

So, what's a Warburg downgrade worth? 5%? 10%?

I was under the impression that GOM rig demand and rates were on the rise, and that Brazil announced plans to spend about a gazillion dollars on exploration. I suppose plans change. Thanks, Warburg, for keeping us apprised.
