I just got this from MSI France,

"Hello,
in order to help you, I join a french description of the MS-6167. As you have seen on the web, all informations about MS-6167 have been removed because of marketing. In fact, this motherboard is promoved only in magazine.
MSI FRANCE"

So the Intel marketing dollars may be an answer.
