Today's deal.... GENZ picking up CEGE.... at $6.41/share, we're getting the CEGE assets for free. Close on Friday was bid 4 5/16, ask 4 9/16. Pick 4 1/2, and the 60M is 13.3M shares. Capitalization "sufficient to fund its efforts through 2001".
