DRIV is down, TSQD is up - go figure? Lawsuit not having any impact so far, but if it actually does delay or jeopardize the DRIV deal, TSQD could be hurting IMO. DRIV's drop probably has much more to do with itself and the overall market than TSQD. I've been waiting for DRIV to fall to the mid-teens for months now, if it doesn't happen in October it may not happen at all, but if it does I'll get more.
