I agree, the exchange holds all the power and threatening the exchange would not be benificial to STS. However there is a question of professionalism. As a quality management team, STS officials should have an accurate paper trail stating the events that took place. Requesting written confirmation should not be considered a threat to the exhange, just good housekeeping measures on behalf of STS management.

I'm sure that STS's failure to stand up for their rights in the past could be part of the reason why we are in our current situation. If there is someone out there looking for a weak target to play with, STS appears to fit the bill. As previously mentioned, we failed the strength test last fall. Now, we the investors are all paying the price.
