If the IPO is busted, I also am convinced that HYPR will be sold. However, your estimates are way out of line. At $8 per share, PCQT was being valued at $115.4 MM. When you factor in the convertible preferred shares and various warrants and options, HYPR has 24,740,252 fully diluted shares. Divide the fully diluted shares into the PCQT valuation and you have $4.67 per HYPR share. Add $2 or $3 to that and maybe you get $7.50. Factor in a slight premium, not necessarily a given, and maybe you get $10-$12 per share. However, why would anyone feel compelled to pay a premium for a busted IPO. JMHO.
