Players Network Announces Marketing Alliance Agreement
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Players Network (OTC Bulletin Board: PNTV) today announced the signing of a Marketing Alliance Agreement with SCG, Inc. The agreement allows for Players Network and SCG, Inc. to exchange media of an equal value for the purpose of cross-promoting each other's products. The agreement also allows for each party to utilize the media for any of either party's respective current advertisers or any third-party, as long as such third party is mutually agreed upon. The media exchange value is $350,000.

The agreement is expected to result in Players Network receiving advertising for their PlayersNetwork.com gaming and entertainment Internet portal in SCG, Inc.'s present and future magazines. SCG, Inc. currently publishes The Ritz-Carlton Magazine and Tycoon Magazine. SCG will receive 30 and 60 second television commercials on Players Network's closed circuit, in-room television network in hotel/casinos in Nevada as well as hotspot links and banner advertisements on PlayersNetwork.com.

Commenting on the agreement, Mark Bradley, President of Players Network said, "I'm pleased to report the signing of the first marketing alliance agreement for the company. We have been negotiating with various companies which cover many different media sources about these alliances and we expect to sign a few more agreements shortly. These agreements are critical to our business plan which we have prepared for both PlayersNetwork.com and Players Network. Besides the additional exposure we will receive as a result of these agreements, we now have additional media to offer to our current and future advertisers. By allowing the media we receive with these alliances to be utilized by our advertisers, we can offer current and future clients exposure on the Internet, the television network as well as print publications. We expect to be completing other alliance agreements both from a marketing as well as an operational standpoint in the near future."
