Thomas, I thought you would grasp the main points.

1) Of the more than $125 Billion in revenues in 1997 (and the number is higher now), only about $41 Billion came from North America.

2) The first thing out of the CEO's mouth (who remember was with a prestigious organization as Executive VP who helped manage a multi-billion dollar portfolio) was that they will do nothing to cause any friction with governments in North America. Their main emphasis is in Europe and Asia (recall Europe about $55 Billion in lottery revenues alone)

North America will have the free play and prizes to keep the site "sticky" and hopefully attract lots of advertiser dollars.

3) Others do not have the ABET system of instant draw and personalized play.

In other words, the real attention-grabber here for me was the fact that their Lottery is like any casino game. You can see if you are an INSTANT winner.

I mean how many people would play slots in Vegas if they had to wait a week for the slot results or even 10 minutes?

Finally, as I said a week ago, let's all help DD this; not just providing questions but also answers. Please help research your own questions and supply us all with honest answers. This is not a Company that is doing this as some pipe dream; they appear to me to have heavily researched this thing.
