Bob: You almost sound like Anthony (..but Brutus is an honorable man..."), there is some difference between valid querries ( have they or have they not manufactured unit 2, or things like that), and ignorant babbling about the impact of historical expenses on current earnings. When you evaluate the a company, you do not use your rear vue mirror, you try and phatom what the future rationally holds for that company. The past is important as a prologue to the future, and in this case, all these past "sins" are actually a proof of the tenacity of the management, managing to bootstrap thi operation into a positive cahs flow ongoing business on a shoe string. It is not like, for instance, CHIP, where the past misfortunes of the company were exploited by the management that brought about those misfortunes to capture 75% of the equity for peanuts. Here, the management salvaged a difficult situation in favor of the stockholders, not themselves. Zeev
