Appreciate your input, my concerns are not unwarranted as ADOT has been shady in the past ie, release dates that have come and gone. This isnt a one time thing either, they seem to have excuses more than results. Its kinda like betting in the football pool on a team that you have never seen and never heard of the big players or the coaches. Just their word that they will win. You bring up the point of the buyouts or mergers....if this technology is so fantastic, why is no one else interested? Maybe the larger companies are remaining quite if they are interested but dont you feel that if ADOT/Biomoda had been approached it would be a marvelous tool to utilize to increase interest and share holder value and bottomline marketcap? I have a hard time believing that the Pharmaceutical companies would react in a way of...."if we ignore this it will go away".
There is a reason that we are seeing this decline in value.
Summary......If these products where so cutting edge, dont you think their would be other interests involved? This happens in the Pharmaceutical business very frequently, a small under capitalized company has a new drug, they cant afford to complete the research on it or market it...thus BAYER/Smithkline/Pharmacia/Merck/Pfizer etc. come in and assist for a piece of the pie. Check out SCIO for example. The only explanation I can think is that ADOT/Biomoda think they can swing it themselves without assistance and dont want to give up that piece.
(I personally hope this is the case)
At any rate, I am in the crap shoot for the long haul, my opinion is that this is pretty much what it is until they can meet just ONE promise that they make. Asking for one is not too much I wouldnt think. My major concern is one of..if Biomoda is successful, what happens to ADOTs portion? Surely they will go public and then we who have had the faith, suffer dilution of profits, unless ADOT can continue to maintain their 22%. ADOT doesnt have money to maintain the toilet paper in the guys John (yet). Lets just hope that ADOT beats Biomoda to success or Our shares of adot will suffer in the long run.

feedback welcome
