Just a peripheral thought about Big Boys' future interest in Biomoda, and ADOT being able to keep their 22% share. In most states that I am familiar with, a two thirds vote of the share holders is required for a merger/sell out. Since ADOT has only 22% (not 33%), if an offer came along to buy out Biomoda that the other folks at Biomoda thought was great, then ADOT would almost certainly be required to sell its shares, too. They would have no choice in the matter. I personally tried to stop a buyout of a small company years ago, but could only garner control of about 30%. The rest of the shareholders wanted to sell, so I had to, also.
