Don't you feel a slight sense of pity for someone who truly feels prayer is an effective motivator in their chosen field? Of course this guy could have been staging this at which point it is irrelevant. Would you invest in a company whose CEO held a prayer session prior to every board meeting? Seems to me if prayer is all you have to hang on to, it might be time to hang it up, so to speak.
