Hi S.C: INSIDER TRADING and OUTSIDER HYPING what is the difference?.

My $20 forecast came in a wee bit early. I was expecting it to keep pace with the NAZ which has 10% to go.
The equal momentum should now give us a new LOW for 1999.

I covered 1/3 today; prudence.!
