Geez...where do I start. Uhhh no not sexually... he was a sociopath (sp?). EOM to that part. A woman and her family bid and bid and bid on houses in the same area and never bid high enough. Finally she was the high bid. Before she moved in to the new house a realestate agent offered her 25,000 not to move in and to let her client have the house. She said no way!! Sad about your friend. These things can take on a life of their own I am afraid.
