Ron, You only want to talk about the supposed bright future of the company and are trying to put a positive spin on anything you can. You should really pay more attention to the history of this company and not try to dismiss each little detail. Also, do you know anything about POC testing? Do you know of any other companies that have similar tests out there? Maybe that are not one-shot companies?
