Probably best to send anything to the attention of both.

I got the impression from the VSE that they are reluctant to take action
unless:

1) The courts get involved. I believe that the suit in the US and the new derivative action in Canada will demonstrate the facts to the VSE.

2) They hear from more shareholders, investors, etc. Allan
Laird will be spearheading the derivation action regardless of whether or not people choose to make their comments to the VSE, but I believe that the VSE would pay
more attention if more of the minority shareholders spoke up.
