Don't know whether it's a buy but concerned over repricing they do on options. Incredibly, they reprice their options at the current price after the stock drops. They've done this twice and their compensation committee and Board, and anyone else involved in this disgace, should be gotten rid of. This defeats the whole purpose of options which is to reward performance. It's little wonder this outfit hasn't progressed; they're spending time diddling options rather than worrying about the company's progress.
