mark,

Oh, yeah, I remember my take now. Maxim has a really promising product that is a couple of years away from market. They don't have much cash. So we're going to be seeing continual dilution. The stock will run up on good news, and down on news of new offerings/S-3a filings and any signs of that dilution. It should be fairly easy to trade.

Right now it has run up on good clinical news, then down on recent financing news. It is looking attractive at these levels, and the reason I joined the thread was that I'm thinking of building a position. I am buying stock in bits as the sell off progresses. Looking to get in in the 7s.

I do not see this stock running away from us unless they get a blockbuster partnership deal. I think they had technologies they were looking to partner, but I don't remember hearing about any active discussions. Gotta check that wild card. I think I already did, but I've forgotten. Kind of busy these days on my little buying spree, and I can't keep any one thing in my head for long.

All of the above is just my HO, except for the stuff about my state of mind, which I'm reasonably sure of: Of course, I'm confused -- isn't everyone?

Back in a while, Tuck
