Bob,

I would think the reason why silver is so cheap has more to do with huge inventories beeing dumped on the markets for the last 10 years. If these inventories are now about to be depleted... things may change.

Even if most of the silver is coming as a by product, it still doesn't change the picture. Fabrication demand exceeds production from bot sources, primary and secondary ?
