Data Broadcasting To Sell CheckRite International and Instore Satellite Network Divisions JACKSON, Wyo., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Broadcasting Corp today announced that it has engaged investment bankers to assist in the sale of its CheckRite International and Instore Satellite Network divisions. Based on current cash flows of both divisions, the proposed sales are expected to achieve a significant cash realization for the company. "These sales will enable us to concentrate our efforts and resources on Data Broadcasting's core businesses and their significant expansion opportunities," said Alan Hirschfield and Allan Tessler, Data Broadcasting's co-chief executive officers. "The expected cash proceeds may be used for acquisitions that would be complementary to Data Broadcasting's core financial information services businesses."
