Bruce Caldwell, President and CEO of the Corporation CO-Chairman of the Board, Mr. Caldwell was the founder of FiberSport Inc., a Track and Field company active in the 80's, that provided the vaulting pole that won the gold medal and world record in the 1980 Olympics. He was employed as the General Manager of PORTaPIT International, a division of Sport Supply Group, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. PORTaPIT was an all but abandoned brand name, which was brought back to a record $5.2 million in sales culminating with the contract to supply all equipment for 14 sports to the 1996 Olympic Games. He served as Director of the Olympic Equipment logistics for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and equipment logistics for the Malaysian Games (Sukma 98). Mr. Caldwell is also the author of The Elusive Bar a comprehensive book on Pole-Vaulting.

Bonnie Klahm - Corporate Secretary. Ms. Klahm has fifteen years of experience with the Boy Scouts of America, National Office, Irving, Texas. As Data Control Manager of the supply division, she has implemented the Lawson software package and procedures for sales and accounting.
Earl Bell, Director of the Corporation and Chairman of the company's Gold Medal Athletes and Coaches Advisory Board. Mr. Bell's is a former Pole Vault World Record Holder (1976), three-time Olympian, 1984 Olympic Medalist, and vaulted 18' for 18 consecutive years (1975-1992). He is five-time NCAA Champion and America's most consistent vaulter with a personal best of 19'3". Mr. Bell is currently the pole vault Coach Of The Year with both men's and women's US champions and the current Men's American record holder under his direction as well as the men's and women's 1998 National Pole Vault Champions. Mr. Bell has recently been voted 1998 as Coach of the Year by the US Olympic Committee. Mr. Bell has been the USA National Champion in the three decades of the 70's, 80's, and the 90's.
Ericka Burnough, Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Ericka's financial experience dates back to 1992, working for such companies as Software Solutions, Rent Roll Inc., and Fidelity Investments on a permanent and consultant basis. Her last position with DSC Communications in Corporate Tax supporting Sales and Use Tax, as well as assisting with annual returns.
A. Chandrakumanan, Director, Mr. A. Chandrakumanan, a citizen of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He negotiated and handled the logistics of the Malaysian Games Sukma98 and coordinated the supply of equipment for Track and Field, Boxing, Basketball, and Gymnastics. Mr. A. Chandrakumanan is the principal owner of KRES Private Limited (Singapore). His expertise is in team attire and sports equipment as well as Business management. Mr. Chandrakumanan will head up the EssxSport Asian Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He will be the exclusive promoter of the EssxSport Product line for all of Asia.

Dwight Stones- Mr. Stones is a ten-time World record holder in the High Jump event, and a three-time Olympian with two bronze medals. In 1976, Sports Illustrated's premier writer, Frank Deford, dubbed him, "The Mouth That Soars," because he both flew over the high bar in competition and spoke articulately about a variety of issues. Mr. Dwight Stones has continued his outspoken nature with a career in television broadcasting, sharing his expertise in the world of athletic competition, while expanding into the arena of business. Mr. Dwight Stones was the sports commentator for the 1996 Olympic Games Atlanta and is scheduled for the 2000 Olympic Games Sydney.
Billy Olson- Eleven-time world record holder and three-time American record holder in the pole vault. Mr. Olson made international news with his weekly world record exchange with Sergey Bubka in the mid 1980's. Mr. Olson was the first American to vault 19' both indoors and outdoors and he was a member of the 1988 Olympic Team. Mr. Olson has been ranked four times by Track and Field News as the Best Vaulter in the world. Mr. Olson has a BA degree in communication and manages his own business in Abilene, Texas.
Douglas Hill- Mr. Hill was Director of Sports Logistics for all 26 sports at the 1996 Olympic Games. His duties included procurement of all sports equipment and construction of all sport facilities. He managed all athletes, coaches and Official delegates and oversaw all sports and technical manuals. Mr. Hill is a former All-American High Jumper and presently the Manager of Mondo USA Track Division.
Criss Somerlot - USA Track & Field Chair for men's development in US high schools. Mr. Somerlot coached at all levels, from youth leagues through college and will serve as a coach for the USA at the World Championships in Japan. Coached in the US Olympic Festival and the Eight Nations Games in Spain for USATF. Mr. Somerlot has a Master's degree in Education Administration and developed a national series of clinics supporting the "Nike Gathering Of Champions Track & Field Clinics."
Ms. Rita Somerlot - Ms. Somerlot was selected as a coach for the USA team for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. She currently serves as Guidance Counselor for Centerville City Schools and holds a Masters Degree in Education. She has served for 29 years as a high school coach and is President of the United States Women's Track Coaches Association. Ms. Somerlot has coached in the 1995 Pan American Games for the US and currently works with the Olympic development team for the Sydney Olympic Games.
Bill Sheskey-Mr. Sheskey is the equipment logistics manager for the USATF Indoor from 1994 to present and Field of Play Equipment Supervisor for Olympic Stadium at the 1996 Olympic Games. He has been the Track Coach of Pope High School for 6 years and a clinician to all track events. From 1989-1993, he served as President of the USATF and was selected as the Georgia State High School Coach of the Year 1994-1997. Mr. Sheskey was National USA Jr. team coach in 1998 Annecy, France. He has been a National level Track & Field clinician since 1991 and a level 2 USATF National Coach.
Grover Hinsdale - Head track and field coach at Georgia Tech and host the main Olympic Training Site within the Olympic Village in 1996. His all around experience in all track and field events has brought many top prospects to Georgia Tech in Atlanta. As Head Coach at Georgia Tech, he has guided two Olympic Gold medallist's, two world champions, three USATF Champions, seven NCAA National Champions, 45 All-Americans, 52 ACC Champions, and 58 ACC Honorees. Mr. Hinsdale is a former decathlete and champion discus thrower, Mr. Hinsdale coaches the sprints and the hurdles and has 14 years of field event coaching experience. Mr. Hinsdale has a Master's degree in Physical Education.
Rick Foster- Mr. Foster is a specialist in the reconditioning of Track and Field equipment and developer of many new products for sporting events. He was Equipment Logistics Technician during the 1984 and the 1996 Olympic Games and officiated the California State Pole Vault Competition for the past eight years. Mr. Foster has 20 years experience in Track and Field.
Doug Sparks- Mr. Sparks recently placed 3rd in the World Masters in South Africa for the pole vault. As an elite athlete in the pole vault he coaches as well as trains with many world class pole-vaulters. He is the former Chairman of the Board of several publicly traded companies and is currently owner of a private business in the sports medicine field. Mr. Sparks owns and manages several sport therapy medical centers in the California area. Mr. Sparks was an Equipment Logistic Technician at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
