As I've said before, the online database maintained (if that is the correct term) by the state of Nevada is full of errors. I don't trust it. You shouldn't either. Beautiful response, except for one thing - you failed to answer whether the ESXS record there is in error. Are you to stand in front of God and the SEC and swear that the Nevada record is in error with respect to your involvement with a company that you have admitted being involved with? If their record is in error, just which part of their record is in error? Hmmmmmm.? And why is it that when facts don't suit your purposes, when they don't support the illusions you try to create that your first reaction is to call them a fraud? Remember your shameful claims about that Form D that you later had to recant? Who ever concocted this forgery didn't have much practice beforehand...nor did he or she check out what a real PPM looks like. Never mind that it was a real PPM that you later confirmed by getting a copy for yourself. (See: #reply-10185385 )
