yeah... that's an old story. But if the guy wasn't a communist, he certainly was a mercenary. And I doubt that he became head of China's missile program possessing dubious party credentials. Btw, if Tsien Hsue-Shens wasn't a communist, why didn't he opt to live in Canada or in Europe... anywhere except in communist China?? Hmmmm.... Btw, anyone here see the story where a British newspaper reported that the Chinese Embassy bombing was a deliberate act? Seems that several anonymous high-level NATO sources are acknowleging that China's embassy was serving a rebroadcast transmitter for the Serbian military (whose own transmitters had been bombed out). ELINT (electronic intelligence) receivers apparently picked up these transmissions from this location. No wonder the Chinese blustered and stormed around so much. They certainly wouldn't want to admit they were violating neutrality and aiding and abetting Milosevic (whose wife is apparently buddy-buddy with the Chinese Ambassador). Regards, Ron
