Okay, that's not the rule I saw but it does not matter. I take your word for it.

Perhaps he has changed his rule since 1997 or so when I saw it. I could check on his 1997 rule but I am disinclined to put out the effort.

Why would you get into trouble for that?

< just checked the rule, i skipped a step or 2
every reading of +- 600 tick or =-22 Tiki =1 point
if they both happen at the same time =2 points>

(Hmmmm, just heard on TV the Atkins Diet is a fraud....don't tell Zero)

Anyway....

< if they both happen at the same time =2 points
when you have a cumulative reading of 70,000 that's the buy/sell signal>

70,000? How does he get up to 70,000 counting 1 point, 2 points at a time? Does he have a counter on the computer or does he physically count them after Market hours? Sounds like a real bear to do that. I think I have heard of this one....never could "get" how you could easily track that.

<which he gave a buy at 3pm today>

So it's a Buy until?????

when the count goes to zero or back under 70,000 or ????

I suppose you get his daily Fax?
